Mindsight Behavioral Group may be growing, but Somerset will always be our home. So, for this reason, we are looking to hire more amazing staff to make our home office able to serve our community even better!
You may know by now that Mindsight is growing and expanding across the state. However, we are continuing to choose Somerset for our home and base of operations. Somerset is where Mindsight started, it's where a lot of our families live and children go to school.
In 2015, our founder, Kasey Compton, saw a need here and worked very hard to fill that. At that time, this was an area where a lot of practices were run like agencies, who had a we take everyone philosophy. She wanted to bring something different. So she brought specialized mental health services to Somerset.
You may not realize it, but when you see a therapist who has a specific area of expertise or specialization, you are experiencing therapy in its very best form. That's why we support all of our clinicians in pursuing an advanced certification or area of specialization.
We believe that everyone deserves someone who specializes in the area that they need help in.
Mindsight chose to begin our journey here in Somerset because it was home. We love our city and the people who live here. We want to make a difference in the lives of our community.
