Chastity Polston is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in our Somerset office. She provides in-home therapy in the Burkesville area and telehealth services, covering Monticello, Albany, Burkesville, Russell, Adair, and Marrowbone, KY. She works with individuals aged 15 and older, as well as couples and families, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Chastity began her career as a State Investigative Social Service Clinician, earning her first Master’s degree in Human Services and becoming a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). During this time, she accumulated over 600 hours of specialized training in assessments, forensic interviewing, and abuse/neglect cases. Later in life, she pursued her passion for mental health by obtaining a second Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a field she loves and continues to thrive in.

Raised by a Vietnam Veteran and Army Drill Sergeant, Chastity values loyalty and acceptance as guiding principles in her life and work. She enjoys spending time with her two children and four grandchildren, as well as relaxing by the lake whenever possible. Her dedication to her clients is matched by her commitment to helping individuals and families recognize their worth and live fulfilling lives.
