1. Keep track of how you're feeling between sessions

Blueprint has a journaling feature! Try jotting down your feelings and what's been going on in your life between your counseling sessions. When you meet with your therapist again, you can go over it together. It's like a cheat code for the 'how are things going?' question – it helps you both get a clearer and more accurate picture!

2. Objectively measure progress towards your treatment goals

Blueprint uses clinical assessments to track how you're doing on your treatment goals. Even when your mental health journey takes unexpected twists and turns, Blueprint will help you see the bigger picture and celebrate the progress you've already achieved
