She brings authenticity and personality to the session. She strives to help people become the best, happiest and healthiest versions of themselves. Teea's goal is to be of service, destigmatize and bring more awareness on mental health services to People of Color (POC) and to educate Birthing POC on the availability of perinatal services. She thoroughly enjoys working with adolescents ages 15+, college students, mothers wanting to find their identity outside of motherhood, and anyone looking to heal and thrive.

As a former Athletic Trainer she’s helped a diverse population of athletes, as well as the general population through physical injuries and limitations as well as mental health assistance through expressing empathy and active listening.
