We accept all forms of Kentucky Medicaid, Humana Commercial, United Commercial, Cigna, UMR, Optum, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

How do I request an appointment?
You can request an appointment with one of our counselors by calling our office at 606-401-2966 or you can click the button at the top of the right of the screen. After this you can expect a call from our Client Care Coordinator to get your appointment set up!
