She is primarily working with adolescents, adults and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community who are seeking help with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Her ideal client is a member of the LGBTQ+ community who is struggling with any issues related to identity, coming out, dealing with homophobia and internalized homophobia, relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use.
She approaches her sessions with a collaborative mindset and believes there are two experts in the room, both the client and counselor.
